ULI China Mainland invites you to the ULI Full Members exclusive breakfast meeting. Under the influence of the pandemic and the downward pressure of the market, real estate industry is facing a lot of challenges.
In this seminar, we will focus on the current industrial situation and major dilemmas, what real estate companies can do to mitigate the risks and the opportunities at this point. In order to help real estate enterprises learn more about the current industrial situation and how to address the challenges in a more clear way, we will invite guests from King & Wood Mallesons to firstly review the industry situation and interpretate the recent bail-out policies for the real estate industry. Also, we will invite representatives from developer, investment company and King & Wood Mallesons to share their experiences and lessons learn through real cases studies, to find the optimal approach out of difficulties and contribute to the positive cycling of the real estate industry.
This event will be conducted in Chinese.
